How's everyone doing? I just joined this great forum yesterday, posted and introduction explaining a little about myself, not I wanted to post what my upcoming cycle is going to be. This is my second cycle, and it will be the same as my first one:
Valhalla Test-E 250 X2WK (Mon/Fri) for 12 Weeks
PCT: Clomid 50/50/50/50
This is what I ran last time and I had great results. I gained a total of around 20lbs and I have kept a majority of it. Strength went up significantly and I have also kept that. My last pin was May 17th. I am running the same cycle again based off the fact that I am still young, I believe I can get even better results if I implement a better diet and better training regimen. I plan on eating around 4100-4250 calories a day. I am very good at eating the same foods like a robot, and it doesn't really effect me as long as I'm getting the results it motivates me, so staying on the diet doesn't bother me.
I am not competing. I have two kids and work a shit ton, I just like them GAINNNNS!
Only questions I may have for someone is running an AI. Yes I know there are 1000000 article out there about this stuff, but I want to hear some new and update suggestions from you guys. Last time I had zero issues and did not use an AI, but I had some on hand. The ONLY issue I had was around week 9/10 I started to develop very very small knots behind my nipples, an every now and again they were a little sensitive. This never got worse, and as soon as I started my PCT, this cleared up within a week. I am wondering if this time I should run an AI, A-dex or Aromasin. I know I have ready that some people need it or don't need it. Did me getting those knots and sensitive nipples mean I should have been running an AI the entire time? Should I have started once I felt that? I read soooo many contradicting things saying that using an AI can help with several things regardless if your sides appear, or some people say running an AI can slow down your progress if it's not needed.
I have only been on the forum for a day, but stayed up last night with a sick kid and read about 6 hours worth of shit on this site. There are plenty of resources I'm pretty pumped about and can't wait to continue to try peoples products. I am hoping to get some blood work done this week prior to my first pin and I will make sure I update the thread with all that information when possible.
I'm stoked about running this cycle, and think my expanded knowledge on dieting and training is going to yield even better results than my previous one. The only other thing I need to do now is find a solid source for AI's and PCT's that is domestic and not from overseas and expensive as hell. I didn't realize how expensive A-dex and Aromasin can be! I'm sure I am going to find everything I need right here!
