1st cycle sarms. MK, GW, LGD

Hey people
I am one week into my 1st sarms cycle and I have really enjoyed following other people's progress logs so I figured I'd start my own.

Stats at the start of my cycle
5'8"
207 lbs
Around 22% bf
Training solid for past 2.5 years on and off for 5 before that

Goals
Get that BF down!!!
At the same time add some lean mass.
Nutrition
I've been sticking to a keto diet since I started the cycle. 10 days in I will introduce carbs post training. I've had success adding lean mass with this in the past so I'm going to give it a go during the cycle.

I've gotten into power lifting this past year and I really enjoy it so I would love to see my numbers on the main lifts go up. I ruptured my biceps about 4 months ago and I feel like I've been at pretty much full strength for a couple weeks now. I have not max'd out since before the injury but here is what I hit on my main lifts right before.

Bench 280lbs
Back squat 385lbs
Dead lift 425lbs

I'm running MK and GW right now, following Dylan's instructions for dosing and timing. I ordered LGD so I'm going to add that into the mix when it arrives.
I lift 4-6 days a week. HIIT post lifting about 3 days a week.

One week in and I'm feeling pretty strong. I don't thing I'm feeling the MK kick yet, but I'm consistently pushing harder and harder everyday. I do think my endurance has increased from the GW. I'm super excited for what this next week has in store for me!

I do have a couple questions. How and at what time should I dose the LGD? Is the LGD like MK where it take some time to feel it kick? The same goes for the GW? Some times I feel like I could just be feeling the placebo effect.

lgd is dosed 10 mg per day, once a day in the a.m... it takes 10-14 days to kick in... gw is fast acting, you can see and feel it working within the first few days...

All of your dosing should look like this buddy. I'd also strongly suggest adding in S4 to the stack which will really enhance it quite a bit for both adding lean mass/strength and fat loss

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

I'm running the same setup right now. I just added LGD today, I've been running MK2866 and GW for 2 full weeks now. GW is very fast acting and the MK2866 is definitely rocking right now. My run is approx 40 seconds per mile faster than it was prior to starting... granted I'm only running 1.5-2 miles but still... it's been really enjoyable so far! Many other benefits too!
by the time your cycle is complete, you will be in the 3-5 mile range... just keep pushing harder because gw is going to allow you to do far more than you realize...
 
Looks like your getting some pretty impressive results. I'm 11 days in and I don't think I'm feeling the MK to the fullest yet. I have noticed some changes as far a appearance goes. Waist still the same size but for def looking a bit leaner. Scale still reads the same but who gives a fuck about that as long as straight is increasing

mk generally takes around two weeks to really kick in bro so you are almost there
 
WOW! What a workout today. Chest and back! Was in kind of a rush so I banged out a work out that usually takes 80min in about 60. Lifted super heavy and extended reps on final sets was a breeze. Took about 30 sec rest in between sets instead of the usual 1-2 min. Sweat like I was doing cardio but was just lifting heavy shit! Feeling great right now. Was a little tired today but when it came time to WO energy level was pretty high.

I'm glad everything is going so well for you. GW is awesome stuff for what it does for energy during workouts as well as keeping your recovery time much shorter in between sets. It's the ultimate enhancer. It's inly going to get better from here when you start noticing the strength gains and body composition changes. Thanks for the update

I am traveling out of town this weekend and I am a little worried about getting on the plane with the sarms. I am only carring on a bag so checking is not an option. Also I am trying to plan a couple hotel workouts. This is what I have so far.

20 rounds for time

5 handstand push ups
10 sit ups
15 push ups
20 air squats
 
Ok so the more research I do the more I think I should add to my current stack. Since I'm trying to cut a considerable amount I'm thinking about adding the shred stack for the last eight weeks because I'm already 17 days into my current cycle. Thoughts?

I would absolutely add it in bro. I think that would be solid for finishing out the cycle. The shred stack makes a perfect way to finish the cycle and clean up the gains adding and stacking to the LGD and MK you are already running. Perfect idea bro

definitely add them bro... that will be such a strong addition to this.. its going to take it to another level... you will see how well s4 and lgd go together.. very wise move
 
Sanch, would you mind posting some of your typical foods for the week? I used the keto diet to drop from 288 to 197 in about six months. I noticed that adding sweet potato and brown rice significantly increased my intensity/endurance during workouts but the carb addition did bring me back up to 212 over a couple months. The jump in intensity also came about during mid week two/week three of MK-2866 (mine was from Iron Mag Labs because I hadn't found this forum or SARMSX at the time). I can only imagine how a stack of high quality SARMs must feel, I'm eagerly anticipating mine.

I'm asking about your diet because I have similar goals (mostly adding strength but fat loss would be nice along the way). Based on what I've read here, an extremely disciplined diet is the key to reaching our goals.

Some of my weekly intake:

Sushi grade tuna steak
Whole roasting chicken
Chicken breast
Eggs/egg whites
Grass fed beef tenderloin
Grass fed ground beef 85/15
Steamed shrimp
Salmon

Beet greens
Spinach
Swiss chard

Organic brown rice
Sweet potato

Supplement with Monster Milk protein shakes

Anything to add or remove?

yes, you were not running actual mk there bro... i can also help with your diet... what is your main goal from what your doing so i know what changes need to be made
 
Thanks Dylan! I don't want to hijack Sanch's thread. You've helped me out so much already with the SARM stack guidance and my posting issues which are working perfectly now. I'm waiting for blood work to come back and I'll start a thread with those results. The IML mk/junk PCT may have jacked me up so until I know where I'm at, I'm holding off on my cycle. Still researching/purchasing and Sanch seems to have very similar goals to mine. Main goal is mass & strength and if possible, clean up what I can only assume is closer to 28% BF or higher. I thought I was at 22%... HA!!! Not even close! I have serious work to do.
