I am one week into my 1st sarms cycle and I have really enjoyed following other people's progress logs so I figured I'd start my own.
Stats at the start of my cycle
5'8"
207 lbs
Around 22% bf
Training solid for past 2.5 years on and off for 5 before that
Goals
Get that BF down!!!
At the same time add some lean mass.
Nutrition
I've been sticking to a keto diet since I started the cycle. 10 days in I will introduce carbs post training. I've had success adding lean mass with this in the past so I'm going to give it a go during the cycle.
I've gotten into power lifting this past year and I really enjoy it so I would love to see my numbers on the main lifts go up. I ruptured my biceps about 4 months ago and I feel like I've been at pretty much full strength for a couple weeks now. I have not max'd out since before the injury but here is what I hit on my main lifts right before.
Bench 280lbs
Back squat 385lbs
Dead lift 425lbs
I'm running MK and GW right now, following Dylan's instructions for dosing and timing. I ordered LGD so I'm going to add that into the mix when it arrives.
I lift 4-6 days a week. HIIT post lifting about 3 days a week.
One week in and I'm feeling pretty strong. I don't thing I'm feeling the MK kick yet, but I'm consistently pushing harder and harder everyday. I do think my endurance has increased from the GW. I'm super excited for what this next week has in store for me!
I do have a couple questions. How and at what time should I dose the LGD? Is the LGD like MK where it take some time to feel it kick? The same goes for the GW? Some times I feel like I could just be feeling the placebo effect.
