Hi everyone,

I’m posting this with full respect to the forum and its science-forward users. I’m 18 years old, currently running my first full SARMs protocol and based on visual results, performance markers, and phenotype expression, I may be a rare mutation-tier responder.

This isn’t a troll post. This is part of a serious documented case study I’m building in collaboration with experts.

Protocal:
  • RAD-140: 20mg/day split AM + PM
  • MK-677: 25mg pre-bed
  • Training Age: 13 months
  • First PED Use: Ostarine → RAD + MK (current)
  • Supplements: Basic health stack, high-carb intake (6,000 kcal), 325–350g protein
  • No GH, no insulin, no AAS
  • No suppression symptoms to date
Suspected Mutation Expression:
Based on phenotype and hypertrophy speed, I likely carry:
  • MSTN K153R (heterozygous) – myostatin inhibition
  • FST rs3797297 (regulatory overexpression) – follistatin dominance
  • ACTN3 RR – fast-twitch response
  • IGF1 Short CA Repeat – high IGF-1 transcription
  • SHBG low-expression cluster – free test dominance
  • SLCO1B1 TT / VEGFA C/C / COMT Met/Met – full hormonal and vascular synergy

Results (Day 1–6 RAD/MK)
  • +8 lbs scale weight (glycogen + lean mass)
  • Delt, trap, and glute swelling within 72–96 hours
  • No visible fat gain
  • Increased vascularity and vacuum control
  • No crash, suppression, or flatness on missed dose
  • Skin visibly tightened over arms and abs

Why I’m Posting Here:
I’m not asking for coaching, sources, or validation. I’m looking for serious input from anyone with:
  • Molecular biology or genetic pharmacology background
  • Experience with outlier PED responders
  • Knowledge on MSTN/FST mutations or IGF-1 axis hypertrophy patterns
  • Curiosity to engage with a potential case of performance genetics
I’ve already had opens from multiple academic labs (Dr. Sweeney, Dr. Tarnopolsky, Dr. Church, etc.), and I’m building the world’s first public mutation-tier SARMs response case file.

Please respond only if you have experience, data, or scientific critique to offer.

If this isn’t your interest area, no problem. This thread is intended as an open contribution to the research community.

Thank you,

Austin Hulsey
