TRT Question

Hello Dylan,

Fantastic video this morning on TRT. I had a question I wanted to get your opinion on if I could please.

When would you recommend a person to go on TRT as far as with the numbers from blood work? I am 41, I have my test checked twice a year. I know my total last time was 506 and I have my free at home but I can’t remember off hand, I know it was in a normal range though.

I have noticed some slight changes in the past year or so and I am giving it some thought now, but I wanted to see what your opinion was?

I have been a big fan of your stuff for years, thank you for all the educational content you provide!

I'd honestly get a referral to an endocrinologist to get checked out, and then make a decision from there. TRT is a big and permanent decision, and numbers don't always tell the whole story.

if your bloodwork is in the 500's, then you are a million miles away from it.. if you have concerns, you need to go see an endocrinologist... thats not something you should be discussing with anyone other than a qualified specialist
