HELLO, I am new to all of these things and the more I read, the more convinced I am to start taking GW for my endurance sports. I am a triathlete doing Ironman distance races. I recently had knee surgery 5 weeks ago and I started cycling last weeks 4 times a week for about 1 hour. I am slowly increasing the time on the trainer and the resistance on the bike. I can't run just yet. I started swimming two weeks a go about 3-4 times per week.
So, my question is if I should start taking GW now or wait until I can start pushing more on the bike and run?
and if I should try GM at all to improve in my sport.
