Hi guys

Total newbie to anything higher than creatine

45/220lbs/6?2

I have been lifting for about 15yrs, and I think now is the time to try something new.
Carrying a bit more BF than ideal, But i would like a bit more definition and I have a little bit of love handles that I can?t see my to shake
I have done a ton of research and decided to try the following cycle

1-12 10mg rad140
1-12 25mg MK677
1-12 20mg GW

PCT
13-16 20mg Nova
13-16 20mg GW
13-16 25mg MK677


Does that sound ideal, or any tweaking advice would be much appreciated

I would run GW, rad140, and S4 personally.

Mk677 you will want to run for 6 months so I mean I would run it afterwards like you have in your pct then continue on as a bridge.

Rad140 I would run at 20mg a day too. 10mg is a little low in my opinion.

Also on rad, everything I have read has indicated that for a beginner it?s best to start low?

So you can run mk677 just make sure you get a good 6 months worth.

I prefer to use it in pct and as a bridge as I take a good 3+months off after pct when I run anything that can be suppressive (sarms or steroids).

You can start rad140 low I just find the sweet spot is 20mg/day.

SARMs are very versatile so there are a lot of options for you. To me, having Cardarine in there is the key. It is the best I have found for cutting. It should be just what you need to push you past the line on getting rid of the love handles. I highly recommend sarms.forsale

you can definitely use mk677... you do not need to start low on rad either... its not as though 20 mg is a high dose to begin with...thats right there in the middle.. 30 mg is the top end...

Thanks guys, I had done a ton of research that included this forum so I had ordered the initial sarms from samsforsale

I have everything apart from the S4
Amazon won?t deliver the dga post ct to the U.K., can you recommend an international alternative?

I did a lot of silly and back forth indecision so I ended up making 3 different orders and getting stung for 3 different international charges
I just couldn?t trust all the sites I was finding locally after reading reviews

Need2BuildMuscle has N2Generate which is an alternative if you cannot get DGA stuff but talk to Dylan about the DGA stuff he may be able to figure it out.
