first test cycle. need help

hi, new here.
i am gonna start test sustanon 250 for 10 week.
My cycle type is:
week 1= 250 mg sust
week 2= 250 mg sust
week 3= 500 mg sust
week 4= 500 mg sust
week 5= 500 mg sust
week 7= 500 mg sust
week 8= 500 mg sust
week 9= 500 mg sust
week 10= 250 mg sust
with hcg 500 iu per week form week 4 (250*2)
and arimidex .5 every 3.5 day
hcg 1000iu in 11th week.
than starting pct after 2 week with clomid and nolva
100 mg clomid for 30 days with 40mg nolva
and 50 mg clomid for 15 days with 20 mg nolva

my question is it is okay sir?

Just run 500 the entire time. 100 clomid?!! Is this ur first cycle? Clomid kills my estro so i have to go easy on it.

1-12 .5 arimidex x 2 a wk
10-14 hcg 500x2 a week
14-18 Clomid 50 ed
14-18 nolva 40 ed

For sust yes. I personally dont like sust for beginners b coz of the 3 esters in it. There's short, long and longer. Beginners should use test c or e. The average long ester cycle is 10-12 weeks. If you go prop which is short ester you can do 6-8 wk cycles
.

actually test e and c are currently unavailable in our country. thats why i have to start with sust. sir, is it dangerous to use hcg from week 4? in a tutorial i saw they suggested hcg for entire cycle. i am in little bit confusion about hcg.

Everyones opinion is different. Some say you need to run entire cycle others run like me. I run like i suggested to you and havent had any problems. Its up to you what you wish to do. Also keep in mind with everything everyones body reacts different. So what works for me may or may not work for you. Thats why its important to start slow. Find how u react to things then expand from there
