Looking to possibly put my girl on some robo var. Simply question cause I have no ideas how females work with gear lol, would she need a PCT? if so what would it be?
My other random question, I was looking at Rick Rock's diet post, great info. If I am supposed to cut on 2,000 cals, does that include my total calorie intake and subtracting cardio from that? Or is that just how much I consume total without accounting for calories burned? This has always boggled me, I have gotten mixed replies and input from the past on this.
