Hello everyone, my wife and I are about to start HGH injections. I have just got back my results for my pre injections level. I got the growth hormone serum test that came back as 0.1 ng/ml. My wife still hasn't gotten her testing done but will before we start. We both work out, she's 45 and I'm 40 years old. We want to run HGH primarily for aging benefits with the aid in bodybuilding if any as a bonus. My question is as following. I had the growth hormone serum test done, is this the test to use for checking levels and determining dose increase or decrease or should I have done the IGF-1 test or should I have done both?
