So I’m coming up on 3 weeks of taking LGD at 10 mg a day at 10AM and I usually train at around 1:30PM, but due to a schedule change with my job I won’t be able to train till around 10PM now.
Do I have to start taking my LGD at a closer time to before my workout or do I stay taking it at 10AM?
So I just got some RAD-140 and if I had to describe it I’d say it looks like there is a bunch of backwash in it. Even after shaking it up a lot there’s still a lot of particles floating around in it. And when I take off the lid/dropper the white particles are all over the dropper. Is this normal?
So I am awaiting an order of an 8 week cycle of S4 and LGD-4033.
