    If you just tore the muscle and not the tendon I don't know if there is much they can do for that, other than rest. If you would have torn your lower tendon and your bicep rolled up you'd need surgery.

    You're 136lbs with 20% bodyfat? If you want to get bigger don't be so "active" as you said you are. Lift 4 days and concentrate on compound exercises like squat, bent rows, barbell bench, etc.
