Well fair enough I went to a show completely off-ped's last year and it was pretty cringy, I was very flat and not completely shredded, just pretty lean... And I got 2 x 1st place trophy (out of 1 person and out of 2) and 1x 2nd place and yeah this was cringy for sure...
I think you're a little hard on the participation trophies, everything you do does not, and simply cannot, be "the best". Understanding this is a crucial part of life I believe but I also agree that half-assing through stuff and fiddling around is just not a good approach to anything.

I'm very happy with it.
I can split the 20mg caps in 2 if I want to and I've been taking 40mg a day for the last couple of days and trained every one of them and today I had so much wind it was ridiculous.
Even better, because the caps are overdosed (20mg each)...
This is really unfortunate by the way, how am I supposed to dose it 4x a day if 40mg is a high dose and 1 cap is 20mg...
I think I might break them in half to spread the dosing throughout the day
Otherwise I would have to take one at...

Probably because I stopped stuffing my face so much... And because of the booster I'm taking...

All I hope to get out of it is actually not feeling like a sluggish b****, I don't know much about hormones and all that for now... But my theory is that with high estrogen I become a sluggish and hungry m***, wanting to eat all the time and also holding more water...
