Once you get to that bf percent you can see what's growing when you start bulking I know everybody wants to get big do it right for a better look

Try doing one preacher curls sets of 15 reps 6 sets each arm 1 minute rest between sets then go do regular bi workout I had same problem this has been working out

Eat clean 6 days week 1 cheat meal a week repeat cardio 6 days a week must feel hungry must of time tell you reach bf level you want it's hard but worth it
