Everyone says good customer service, high-level customer service and so on. What does "good" even mean, I still can’t figure it out. Where are the criteria, how do I understand that mine is actually good and all that.
Probably good when all the client’s questions are resolved, all their needs related to your company are covered, and they’re satisfied after receiving the service.
I think good service is when it’s convenient, fast and clear for the client at any stage of working with your company. Support is always part of service, and it really is an important part of it. If you don’t have your own resources to provide customer support, there’s an option through cx outsourcing, where processes are already set up and optimized by an external team. And the client doesn’t have to think about things they don’t really need or have time to think about.
