I'd probably even emphasize the "without stress" part because that's what matters most to me right now. I've been so nervous lately. There are a lot of reasons, all different, but the result is the same. I can't relax at all. I'm constantly tense.
If I were you, I'd think less about fixing the consequences and more about getting rid of the causes. If that's possible, of course. In that state, any new activity might put even more pressure on your mind.
If stress-free activities are your main priority right now, I'd suggest looking for something as neutral as possible. Something without competition, rivalry, or overly intense emotions. Maybe try doing puzzles? Even dominoes online is already a pretty tense game. You're thinking through your moves, waiting for your opponent's turn, wondering who's going to win. I love dominoes, but if I'm tired, I won't play.
