OSGear Order #138 – Paid $435 BTC, No Order History or Update (First-Time Customer)

Hey everyone,

I placed Order #138 on OSGear and paid $435 in BTC on June 16. I received the confirmation email, but the order stayed stuck on “pending.” After a couple days, my account showed no order history, and I haven’t received any shipping update or reply from support.

So far I’ve:
  • Replied to their confirmation email with the TXID
  • Sent a follow-up through their contact page
  • Waited over 4 days without any update
I’m hoping someone from OSGear support can confirm my order is being processed, or if anyone else has experienced something similar — this is my first time ordering from them.

I have the full TXID and confirmation email ready — happy to DM it to a verified rep if needed, just didn’t want to post it publicly.

Once this is resolved, I’m happy to remove the post — just hoping for a response and peace of mind.

I'm not sure if osgear has reps on isarms
but i can tell you that they are legit
i wouldn't worry

I checked multiple times and it was the correct url each time.
