Hey man, just got my package from esarms for the ostabolic and cardarine. It came with the M1-MK and Cardazol (which I didn't order) do I need to take the pills in conjunction with the liquid or just the liquid for PCT?

you take them on cycle but can also use m1 mk as a pct as well
