What is the best choice for on the go, or if you don't have a meal with you? Some youtubers say subway is one of the better choices. would it be better to go to a local food place, since they prob dont use as much gmo's and chemicals in their food.

I don't think subway is the best choice. They are notorious for all of their preservatives, chemicals, GMOs and processed ingredients. Everything they have has sodium through the roof as well.

I personally opt for Chinese or something like that a lot of times

Subway is fucking shit. IF ANYONE truly believes "Jerrod" lost all that weight by eating hoagies I feel bad for them.... No offense. Subway is disgusting. Don't get me wrong ill eat it if I have to buy it is no health wit than a burger and fries in my opinion.
