Yo always want to control your stronger, but you want it in range. I ou won't recommend running it unless you have elevated estrogen. You don't want to lower your estrogen too much. It's possible you could benefit from a lower dose, but you will have to be very careful with it

Awesome to hear buddy. Yes, Aromasin has a lot of overlooked benefits. Elevated estrogen can wreck havoc on your skin causing acne, oily buildup, etc.
