I would reccomend you dont use it. And then go back make a proper intro learn and study and then maybe we will talk about it

thats impossible for me to answer when you literally give me nothing to work with... i dont know your cycle history, your goals?????????? your workout history? stats??? age/height/weight/body fat... you cannot expect any sort of valid answer when you give me nothing to work with…

like i said, ive made SEVERAL videos on how to properly ask questions, even a video called "Psychic Steroid Questions" for the people that want me to come up with an answer to how much "gains they will keep" etc... they want me to tell them things only a psychic could answer...
