There was a large order of supplies such as filters...ect... this was either lost or mishandled and had to be reshipped again.
There have been several high volume orders come in, but rest assured you are all good. I talled to him last night. I myself ordered some test and some other things and I am waiting as well.
I will keep you posted on any updates. This should be fixed any day now, just waiting on a new amazon shipment. Please feel free to message me or get in touch.
