Hi iron, my food is pretty good I make 6 or 7 meals a day. An example: at 7 am: a glass of oat milk with an omelette of 3 egg whites, 8:30 rice with turkey fillet and two ounces of whole wheat bread. 11:30 a whole-wheat tuna sandwich sandwich with tomato. 15:00 pasta with minced chicken / turkey. 18:00 protein shake, whole fruit piece and biscuit and bcaas. Leaving the gym beaten with protein and a banana. For dinner always vegetables and fish. That is the example of any day. I'm alternating food so I do not get tired of always eating the same thing. At 8:30 am I usually eat what I cooked the night before. For example if you dine grilled chicken and vegetables, cook one more ration for lunch the next day and add brown rice. I think the food is pretty good. I can not force myself to eat much because I am prone to indigestion and stomach ache if I eat too much.

Vildail is absolutely correct. You look to be eating the right kinds of food, but there is more to it than that. You will need to learn and understand the law of energy balance (calories in VS calories out) in order to eat specific to your goals. The only way to do this is to track your food intake.
 
Update: hello guys, last week I have not noticed any changes in my physique and my strength has decreased in the last week, I will change training routine, because the current one requires a lot of work and the series contain many more repetitions for definition and Not for increased muscle mass. With that routine maybe I have been training too much and so I have not noticed changes in my physique. Otherwise I'm a little worried I'll start the seventh week and my expectations are quite low on this cycle. I hope the sarm start to work so that my body begins to take shape. Are very expensive products and I hope they work really. I'm a little worried about it. I'm going to continue training very hard. In a week I tell them how it has gone with my new routine. Thank you

Are you eating enough bro? Because I see that you are focusing a lot on your training, but diet is probably more important in your situation, as you're quite undersized ... maybe try adding 200-300kcal to your diet. I used to eat a lot (2800/3000kcal) but I found out that I started to grow only when I increased them to 3500kcal daily
 
I have not counted the calories exactly but I can assure you that I exceeded 3,200. This week I will count the calories I take daily, my food is quite healthy. On Monday I start to count the calories and update the post.
 
Good idea... maybe try increasing them by 200-300kcal if you can... because 3,200 may be enough for most people, but perhaps they're not enough for you .. if you keep your diet in check I'm sure you're going to be happy with the results
 
Gian, how many times do you eat a day? Can I give an example of what you eat in a day?

I usually eat 7-8 times a day... breakfast, morning snack, lunch, pre-wo, post-wo, dinner and before bed snack.. I live in Italy, so we're used to eating calory-dense foods, like pasta, that has a ton of carbs... so it isn't that difficult to eat all those calories. As an example, everyday for lunch I eat at least 200g of pasta and 200g of chicken and that alone is almost 1000kcal... I split my 1300kcal shake into 2 doses (morning snack and post wo) so just with my lunch and shakes, I've already got 2300kcal in... the remaining 1000/1200kcal are split between breakfast, dinner and pre-bed snack
 
I love pasta, I'm a fan of pasta and you Italians have the best pasta in the world !! I wish I could live there ... I think I would die for eating pasta excess jajajaj .... in Spain pasta is not very popular. We can make an exchange you come to Spain and here I leave my house and I go to Italy and teach me the Italian gastronomy ... jejeje thanks for your advice

Guys, what time do you recommend taking D-Aspartic acid? I think I'm starting to notice some suppression. I find myself rather tired and low-spirited. But always working hard and hard !!!
