Hi, about two and a half weeks ago, I started my research. And soon I will comment on my experiences but for the moment are the following:

I have noticed an improvement in my strength, my mood is much better and I can say that I have much more energy in the day than before. My workouts are harder and I am currently doing a 3 month hypertrophy routine.

I'm noticing that my muscles look sturdier and harder than before, maybe it's too soon to see too much profit even an old injury on my shoulder that kept me from training for almost a year, has begun to heal in a very satisfactory way.

I have been a year without being able to train and before returning to hard work I have been 1 month in the gym preparing the muscles to start the cycle. I am going to attach some photographs before the start of the cycle and after two weeks.

It's still early, but I'm working very hard and following a very strict diet. I am anxious to see how I am getting better every day.


My cycle:
1-12 rad140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
9-12 d aspartic acid

Muy data:

27 years, body weight 64 kl (143 libras). I have been for almost a year without being able to train, so I have been a little hard to return to playing sports. Many thanks especially to Dylan Gemeli for his advice.

Thanks guys, without you it would not be the same. One question I am taking is creatine, glutamine and vitamins. I can add more to boost the effects and increase muscle gains

yes, thats perfectly fine bro... make sure you are taking bcaas... leucine is a building block for adding muscle..

In the physical aspect I have not noticed almost improvement. I hope they really start to work from next week. Is it true that from the fourth week you start to notice more visible changes?
 
At what time or moment do you advise me to take BCAAS?
i take them immediately after my workout and right before bed... the leucine within bcaas is what optimizes muscle growth and recovery... the reason people drink whey protein is because why contains most leucine...

yes, you will only continue to see changes... you see the enhancement now in terms of performance and strength and with that comes more size... you need to be keeping track of measurements, weight, body fat throughout your cycle...

Week 4,
I'm already starting the fifth week. What to say .... for the moment the strength is maintained and increasing, my muscles begin to look harder but not bigger. I really want to keep training hard and see what happens in the coming weeks. Although I do not think I gain too much muscle. I want to share with you my training routine to see what you think. It is in Spanish but can translate it with google.
I want to emphasize that at the moment I have not obtained any side effects of the possible effects mentioned in the webs .... I am very happy with the products and I hope that in these two months that I still have, I notice a great improvement in my physique. I am eating and training very hard. thank you very much.

The routine looks to be basically a Push, Leg's, Pull Routine with a good mix of compound lifts. As long as you are striving to add weight while keeping good form, you should be fine. What does your nutrition look like? Are you eating to gain or lose weight?
 
Hi iron, my food is pretty good I make 6 or 7 meals a day. An example: at 7 am: a glass of oat milk with an omelette of 3 egg whites, 8:30 rice with turkey fillet and two ounces of whole wheat bread. 11:30 a whole-wheat tuna sandwich sandwich with tomato. 15:00 pasta with minced chicken / turkey. 18:00 protein shake, whole fruit piece and biscuit and bcaas. Leaving the gym beaten with protein and a banana. For dinner always vegetables and fish. That is the example of any day. I'm alternating food so I do not get tired of always eating the same thing. At 8:30 am I usually eat what I cooked the night before. For example if you dine grilled chicken and vegetables, cook one more ration for lunch the next day and add brown rice. I think the food is pretty good. I can not force myself to eat much because I am prone to indigestion and stomach ache if I eat too much.
 
Hi Joanto, I'll be following your progress as I'm also new to this bro. Now I'm no expert but from what I've read Dylan mention in other threads, RAD and LGD don't peak until week 8, so from my understanding (and I may be wrong) you should see the best results between weeks 8-12. Keep patient bro and I look forward to seeing your progress!

05/05/2017. Update: today I had a pretty hard day of work and last night I went to bed late, so today has been a very hard day and too long. Otherwise everything flulle good, I'm noticing some gynecomastia that I had before starting with sarm, I'll take aromasin from sarmX to control it. I leave you some current photos. I have noticed a significant increase in the chest, biceps and triceps. Everything goes according to plan.
