As discussed in the organic chemistry post , here are the percentages of the active hormone for these various aas.I have tests first,so keep in mind how we arrived at the percentages. For test enan we know that the molecule has a periodic chart weight of 400.5 g, yet the testosterone molecule weighs 288.5.
So 288.5 divided by 400.5 x100 is the percent hormone on the ester.So if you look at test enan it is 71.99% testosterone.As I stated this could be significant vs test cyp if you are on trt and using 100mg. It is no very significant if you are using 500mg on a cycle

this is excellent information... there is a HUGE misunderstanding and misconception on these facts and so to have them posted for everyone to see is beyond helpful... Thank drb!
 
So all this time I've been running 350mg REAL test cyp and not 500mg!? Damnit. Going to up it to 600mg

Keep in mind that when cycles are recommended, the ester and actual testosterone delivered are considered, so when we say to run 500mg per week, it's already known and implied to know that you aren't getting all 500mg of that testosterone. It's a dose recommended by the concentration on the vial, and going by actual testosterone delivered is not the right way to go about it and you can end up with a lot more aromatization than is recommended which can lead to a number of problems. Always go by the dose on the vial and don't overthink the actual administration of testosterone. This is a variable that doesn't change and is the same for everyone
