I didn't use it mobile but "private Internet access " was regarded the best. I loved it after almost getting burned (movie torrents ) no issues after that. I paid with a Walmart card. Good deal. Stealth as F!

I have used PIA. I ended up going with Vyprvpn. Swiss based, and from the research I have done, it is the fastest VPN combined with the best security. It's a little pricey in comparison to others, but that's not a big deal. So far I am loving it...so quick. Thanks guys!
