I was doing some more research as always on npp...and in heard that it is very caloric dependent...they say it really increase calorie requirements...any truth to that...is it needed to eat at a higher surplus to get the most out of it...

Always looking to maintain leanness...I've been graining about .5-1lb /week..I eat one cheat meal and i gain a couple lbs and then throughout the week I steadily/slowly loose weight...0.2-0.5lb/day and by the end of the week I'm up a Lil under a lb .....any suggestions on what to do with cals

Thanks

NPP is the first form of Deca so if leanness is your goal NPP might not be for you. What is your goal any ways???

Your cycle will put on size...whether u stay lean or not depends on you and how u eat...eat clean and you should stay lean

I always eat clean..I'm ocd about it lol...I was losing weight throughout the week and then gain a couple lbs after cheat meal ending in a very small increase in weight on the first week..but im gonna. Crease calories so I don't loose soo much weight throughout the week and see how things go this week

If you want to gain you have to be willing to sacrifice a little leanness for a while.

EVERYTHING is caloric dependent.

No one can answer any question that starts with "how many calories" because there is no cookie cutter answer.

Just realizing this..i've been real lean for so long..but I just increased calories by 350 today...and I increased it by 100 2 days ago so this week I increased by a total of 450calories..in the form of carbs ( extra oats, rice, broccoli, and added even more fast digesting carbs post workout) let's see what happens this werk

Honestly bro, what do you expect only being a week in? You need to give these compounds time to work. If you want lean gains stick to aboyt 300 over maintenance each day and grow slowly

(PM me for a price list for Biotech Labs and 10% discount)

I had been losing a Lil weight throughout the week and would gain a couple pounds after my one cheat meal resulting in a small increase...but with this change in cals as stated above I should notice a more steady increase..
Does tht sound like a good plan to you

Ik i can be Impatient at times, but that is part of the game and I need to learn to just trust the process and keep at it 100% and be patient

Yes, you have to increase steadily thru a week, not just one cheat meal.

Yea...I increased cals by 450 this week..let's see how my weight fluctuates this week..and I'll still keep that 1 cheat meal in there as well

I don't see a problem with that. It's a good place to start, and you can always adjust as time goes on based on results
