1st cycle sarms. MK, GW, LGD

Hey dude! Sorry for the delay I was out of town visit g my daughter and I was wrapped up in that. So my diet right now is mostly protein powder, chicken, fish, some red meat, nuts and salad. I also supplement with some fiber supps. I stay below 30g of carbs per day, and one night a week I can eat I eat carbs. I try to stick to white rice and bananas.
Some peoe have really good success with keto. I'm starting to think its not for me but I could just be getting impaiticent. About a year ago I did a 30 day challenge of no wheat no sugars no booze and I went from 23%bf to 19%bf in 30 days. It was basically a paleo diet.

I have recently come to the realization that I usually don't give new nutrition strategies a proper chance and I get discouraged and stop and try some thing new. So I'm going to stick to what I'm doing currently while making minor adjustments as needed.

Currently I feel pretty good. Coming off a cold but strength is up and I am def noticing changes in the mirror.

I wasn't sure if you were still restricting carbs while training. Glad it's working for you, keep the updates coming.

I will say, just for the record that keto isn't for really everyone. I know I personally felt like crap on it, performance sucked, and results weren't great. I know some love it, but that's my experience

One thing I forgot to mention. I would consider ditching the muscle milk and going with isopure zero carb. There are useless carbs in muscle milk. Also maybe incorporate casein protein before bed. I feel like it helps h gains I'm going for.
 
Ok so it's been a little while since I gave an update so here it is. I feel great!! I'm looking bigger and slightly more cut every day, and I have only been on LGD for 5 days. I pulled the trigger and I am adding S4 and SR9009 to my cycle for the next 8 weeks! It should be here on Monday. So I will be running MK2688, LGD, GW, S4, and SR 9009.

Pretty big snowstorm here in Chicago and I was supposed to go to a holiday party but an hour drive didn't seem like the best idea. So instead of chillin at home I went to the gym. It was absolutely dead tonight at 7. While everyone was filling up on beer and food I was filling up on GAINZ!! Chest, back and abs. Huge pump tonight!

If I understand correctly I will start dosing the s4 at 50 mg per day split. If I don't experience any vision issues I should increase the dosage 10mg per day with a max of 100mg per day. Is this correct?

Just wondering what everyone's pre/intra/post workout supplementation looks like? Here's what I am currently taking.

Pre- 5g creatine, bpi pre WO, Inner Armour peak bcaas 12:1:1 (leucine!!)
Intra- water
Post- 5g creatine, Inner Armour peak bcaas 12:1:1, MHP Dark Matter

For the S4 you don't really need to increase the dose, but you can if vision side effcts are not bothering you. I will say it's extremely effective at 50mg per day, but you defnitely don't ever want to exceed 100mg per day. Small increases of 10mg every week or so beyond 50mg are only recommended so you can properly assess those sides

So my S4 and SR9009 came in yesterday and I'm 4 weeks into my current cycle. Should I stop evwrithing at 12 weeks or should I run each sarm for 12 weeks it self?

you can simply extend the cycle... stop the mk and lgd at week 12 as they can only be ran that long but continue gw, along with sr and s4 up to 16 weeks, then run your mini pct...

Definitely extend it to get the most out of each sarm brother
