Hey dude! Sorry for the delay I was out of town visit g my daughter and I was wrapped up in that. So my diet right now is mostly protein powder, chicken, fish, some red meat, nuts and salad. I also supplement with some fiber supps. I stay below 30g of carbs per day, and one night a week I can eat I eat carbs. I try to stick to white rice and bananas.
Some peoe have really good success with keto. I'm starting to think its not for me but I could just be getting impaiticent. About a year ago I did a 30 day challenge of no wheat no sugars no booze and I went from 23%bf to 19%bf in 30 days. It was basically a paleo diet.
I have recently come to the realization that I usually don't give new nutrition strategies a proper chance and I get discouraged and stop and try some thing new. So I'm going to stick to what I'm doing currently while making minor adjustments as needed.
Currently I feel pretty good. Coming off a cold but strength is up and I am def noticing changes in the mirror.
