Oats almost every morning.
I love a boiled sweet potato with salt and pepper! not a grain is it lol...

But I do tend to drink a waximaize shake in the morning pre workout. What are your thoughts on waximaize (GI of 68 I believe) as a pre workout supplement?
its not anything that works for me and i've had many others really not care for it whatsoever... let me put it to you this way... if you were my client, its not something i would have you using... and no, sweet potato has nothing to do with anything we are talking about here... lolll the oats however are excellent... i've only had them every day for say the last decade or so...
 
Great video, many people fail to understand the nutritional/health benefits that oats provide. They're more than just your morning hot cereal... however I still manage to love malt-o-meal, or oatmean cereal for breakfast and snacks. Keeps my regular, helps with cholesterol and a bunch of other stuff old shitheads like me have to deal with as well as provides a good source of plant based phyto-sterols.

definitely smart on the oatmeal or malt o meal... bro in the past 10 years i have not missed one day of oatmeal... its beyond a staple for me...

I made the switch from waximaize supplement to raisin bran because of this. I am working more and more at integrating less supps and more REAL FOOD!

I now have raisin bran and oatmeal each day, I just cut the portion size a bit to fit my macros depending on training etc...
