I hear ya. My two kids and old lady just went through the there seasonal change sickness as well, seems to always happen this time of year, as stated above! I just fucking hate getting sick. I feel week as fuck the first few days back at the gym lol!

we all do but you will be better than ever once you are back in for a few days... just push through it and give it your all and it will pas so quickly you will have forgotten it was ever an issue
 
Pinned another 375mg this am. Doing 750mg for the first 5 weeks, then back down to 500mg.

Popped that right VG cherry today, I think I could have been more centered on the muscle but I'll perfect it on Friday.

Diet is back on as of the start of last week (first pin). By that I just mean strict macro count. I always eat clean and know exactly where my maintenance is give or take a few hundred calories. When I'm on a cycle I'm going to be a lot more strict of course. Hoping to gain close to 20lbs. Last time I gained around 16 and was slacking on eating enough.

50% carbs 35%protein and 15% fat.

I'm already looking forward to some bloods around week 7/8.

I start a new job tomorrow and I'll be busy as hell, 6am to 6pm. So we will see how this goes!

I might have some luck and a shady charctwe I work with is going to test some of this valhalla test I have and let me know levels or whatever he can check for. He's going to tell me more tomorrow and said I only need to give him 1CC so that'll do!

Soooo! I got a good deal on aromasin and clomid from 9th. He sent it before he got payment, because he's a stand up guy. Payment was fucked up with moneygram info for some reason! I CANT get ahold of him to get him his money!

If anything I owe this dude more for looking out when I'm not even a season member here! Let me know if anyone hears from him and remind him, something!

I agree. Not too many people who operate with integrity anymore so when you see other people with character they really stand out amongst the masses.

you could not be more on point brother... so true... when i run across anyone with character and trust i always try to keep them close because they are few and far between
 
Hey thanks fellas! Just trying to do right by the ones who do right be me! This forum has some cool ass people and like keeping a good reputation.


Anyways. All is good so far with this valhalla. Diet is on track, eating my ass off, some bowls of cereal is the only thing that I have had off my diet. Huge cereal junkie, but that's fine. I'm not competing or anything like that!

i may be able to help you there... i am a cereal fan too and i have it everyday but im thinking not the kind your having... my guess is you like things like captain crunch, frosted flakes etc... i have found some cereal at whole foods, no sugar etc. but A Shitload of whole grains and no garbage ingredients... now, one is organic raisin bran and one is organic oat bran... i take 1 cup of oat bran and 3/4 cup of raisin bran, i add a few more raisins, 2 packets of sweet leaf sweetener and almond/cashew milk which BLOWS regular milk away and i swear to you, i look forward to this shit every day... i know its not going to taste like a sugary cereal but at least it tastes damn good and its FILLED with things you need... just an idea for you to try... the oat bran is made by arrowhead mills... i ordered 30 boxes on amazon so i have plenty and the other is whole foods 365 brand organic raisin bran... you can order it by the case at whole foods

I'm definitely going to give this a whirl. Don't really eat much of the captain crunch, charms, and shit like that. I try to eat Raisin Bran, honey bunches of oats is my go to. I just tell myself those are better, but I'm theory they aren't haha. I'm definitely giving this a whirl! Thanks bro
