Hello, I've been watching your Youtube channel. I really appreciate all you're good advice.
Now to my question. I am looking at using steroids, however I dont want to be doing multiple cycles. All im looking for is a rapid boost. I have had a good 3 years of training already.

So what would be ur best advice for me to get my best rapid results, which I can use without being stupid, since I've seen you say don't do ''Tren'' for a first cycle.
Now I am going to do something and I want to be smart about it, I want to get rapid results and only do a single cycle.

Any advice on the best road for me to take would be highly appreciated.
 
The first thing anyone here is going to need will be complete stats. Age, weight, body fat, goals, diet, etc, before any advice can be given.

That being said, if you are going to use steriods, test only is always the first cycle you want to run.

Give us some more info and we can help you out here.

yes i have plenty of advice but none you are going to want to hear... 3 years of training is a joke in terms of being ready for steroids... you have not even come close to reaching your natural potential... rapid results??? this is not magic and there is nothing rapid about it.. you can get rapid size gain and then likely lose it and end up worse off than when you started... what are your stats??? age/height/weight/body fat???? SPECIFIC goals?

First and foremost we need to hear your full stats (age, height, weight, bodyfat) and what your goals are. We can go from there to help you set something up, but I will say that training for only 3 years isn't very long.

Age: 24
Height: 174cm
weight: 74kg
body fat: 12%
goals: Gains muscle mass
diet: 3000kcal

After reading more, i want help finding a way to help me gain.
No restriction on the cycles. Will probably try to stopp and just maintain once im were i want to be, unless this is ill adviced.
