First cycle of sarms was lgd mk2866 gw
2nd cycle mk2866 Sr gw

I started trt in April at 200mg a week for 13 weeks then I lowered my dose to 150mg now.

My diet and training was on point with diet and proper training and the addition of sarms

that's some legit progress bro.

Which sarm aids in fat loss? I've never done sarms I love steroids lol.

the top 5 for fat loss all have large amounts of fat burning properties... i would go in this order

1. gw501516
2. sr9009
3. s4
4. rad 140
5 mk677


very little separates 3-5 and an argument can be made for mk2866... lgd is very very dry and lean gains but not for fat loss like its counterparts.. anytime you need advice on using them let me know and i'll get you the best possible scenario bro....
