I'm doing a rather large stack of small dosed compounds at the moment. Getting some use out of some of my stash I haven't been able to use really. So far I feel great and I'm looking forward to the inevitable growth from the nandralones.

200 phurious test cyp
400 phurious EQ
50mg boldenone cypionate (painful)
200 NPP
125 deca
200 phurious mast

NPP is almost done. I only had 1 vial. I'll ramp up deca as soon as it's done. Will likely throw in tren ace at 75-100mg a week before my Jamaica trip but I'm hesitant to fuck with my sleep and mood when I feel so good right now.

This is mostly a recomp id like to see myself get leaner most of all but some size will obviously always be welcome. I might do a photo shoot soon as well so it will help with that too. I'd like to actually keep up with a log for once but we will see how it goes with my crazy schedule. Been lifting heavy lately and a tad under maintenance calories. This is my most recent picture.

Oh yeah and I'm using SARMSX GW strictly for cholesterol at 10mg and making it last as well as 7.5mg eod Sarmsx aromasin.

You know, I had to lower my doses a bit too! Aromasin too! Normal dose was too much! Is that what you go thru? Aromasin over load leading to negativ sides??

No I don't ever need much if anything to prevent estrogen sides. I just don't need to. Never have. Masteron helps a little and then 7.5mg aromasin is plenty even without the mast. I don't think the mast does anything at the dose I'm using now but usually a little goes a long way of anything for me. I probably could he away with using no AI at all to be honest.

I replied to this, not sure what happened to the post. I don't often use much of anything for an AI with the doses I use. I'm one of the few who can rely on a medicinal dose of Masteron for my low dose cycles. Point being i may even be lowering my estrogen too much as it is at 7.5mg a week lol.

So I got off my roll of keeping up with the log a few days. I'd really like to keep up with this one for the first time ever lol anyway...

I did a chest day pretty heavy but can't remember set and rep numbers. I just go until I'm pretty shot for energy. Did a few 1-3 rep sets with 300+ then did drop sets to about 125 I think. Then cables, then chest press machine. I believe I did press too at the end. So it was pretty good.
Did leg day again as well and did moderate weight mainly and a few sets of 325. Not far off from my best but still not my best. My lack of calories lately is definitely taking a toll on my strength. Like I said I don't care how much I lift but I still am trying to increase my strength so I can do high rep sets of "heavy" weight.

Did one day of sort of full body. It was a shit workout I didn't have the motivation being that I overloaded my adrenal system lately. Lol PWO are like crack for people like me. I drink them day 'round. It's a problem.

Added cardio into the mix one day. It wasn't much but I did incline walking at 4.0 pace. Can't remember the incline. 20 minutes and kept a heart rate of about 128-130 according to the electronic grips lol.

-Ran out of GW
-joints have felt dry; not sure if it's low E2 or ??adderall?? Anyone ever felt that?
-eating low calorie but less meals of high calories foods like pasta and Alfredo sauce. I haven't kept good track of my calories lately so I don't know exactly how many I'm getting but it's far under maintenance so I'm trying to eat more to be in less of a deficit. Adderall makes it easy to eat low calorie for me so I actually have to remind myself to eat. It's not the healthiest drug for sure but it leaves my muscles tense and dehydrated feeling a lot. I try not to take it much. Kinda hard to lift on it too because I calms me down so much. Anyway sorry for the novel. Chatty Cathy today lol
