Here's my stats to start with,
44 years old 6'1 220# and about 18% bf
Been working out for about 5 years... Started at 275# and got down to 200# but got pretty weak with all the dieting... Really wanted to gain some muscle so a buddy got me some gear
My first cycle consisted of
Test prop 100 mg on M, T and F for 8 weeks
T-Bol 50mg every day for 6 weeks
Arimedex .5 mg every other day
But towards the end of the eight weeks I stopped the tren because i got symptoms of gyno, lumps around the nipples and a really puffy look overall
Did four weeks pct of nolvadex 30 mg every day
Now my question is what's the best way to run a 2nd cycle and avoid gyno and the puffy look
Any help would be great
