More great informative videos. I hop everyone is taking th time to subscribe to the YouTube channel to keep up to date with the newest videos. There are new ones pretty much daily
 
I noticed the channels new look yesterday... very eye catching. Folks definitely need to subscribe to it. We support one another here... let's carry it on over to Youtube and social media as well. I've been subscribed.
 
i try to make sure to mix in a lot of diet type things being that diet is the most important aspect of everything... it makes up such a great deal of the percentage of things needed to be successful in achieving fitness goals..
 
i really like the video on carbohydrates... carbs are probably the most misunderstood part of our diet than any other and i really do my best to help to get past a lot of the confusion

I use carbs like keys... they allow so much versatility to what and how you feel nutrition-wise and look wise. If I need a boost of energy I carb load, feel flat carb load, look a certain way maniulating carbs can dictate so much with your physique IMO.

absolutely... everyone acts like cars are the enemy... they are only the enemy if you MAKE them the enemy by misusing them otherwise they are your best friend

thanks brother because it is more than necessary to say the least... its a prevalent problem and we see that on a daily basis... im happy that everyone is finding their way here to get the right guidance though.. i do take comfort in that part of it...
