I'm hoping I can get Dylan to chime in on this.

I'm in the midst of preparing for my first cycle. I need to to know some of the essentials.

I'm 35, 5"10, 170, 10%ish, 3 years consistent in the gym, 3 years dialing in diet. Last time I had bloods done I was "low normal" so my insurance wouldn't cover trt. I've got a super cool endo Dr who I can be very open with. I told him since I can't get trt and all the monitoring covered by my insurance, I'd be finding test on my own and what not. He's ok with whatever I do but he'd like me to be able to come in so he can monitor levels and all that. So I'll be having bloods done soon and then proceeding from there based on the results.

I'm looking to run a test only first cycle. Maybe throwing in a couple sarms. I've watched all of Dylan's videos the last couple of years or so and have never run any cycles other than sarms, I'd like to know a good introductory dosage for first cycle. I'd like to know everything. I've researched a lot but I'd like to hear it laid out.

Dosing, timing, proper pct, pinning schedules, and everything I'll need to acquire(needles, etc) and tips for injection sites. I'm not looking to be pinning all the the time, I like the sound of the twice a week schedule. Any tips or advice?

its a 12 week cycle but yes, entirely with pct its 18... after you finish pct you can run a sarms bridge absolutely.... right after you complete pct... it just depends on your goals at that time on what you go with..

You'll like that layout Dylan gave you... very solid stack. Using SARMS as a bridge is what I do off cycle to keep gains keep making gains to be honest.

dang 25s? never tried that small before.
 
fuck i only use 25's... there is no need for the others unless your pinning glutes, you should be very lean with a 25 there otherwise 23 might be better or just a longer pin at 1.5... you can use 25's everywhere.. you especially want a 25 in your delts...
 
I can't find a good spot quads. Fucking tried so many times LOL

I do it right on the sides, there's a pretty big arterie on top of the quad, but that big ass part of the muscle that goes up the side of the leg is my favorite spot I usually bounce around that area with the pinning to avoid scar tissue, I switch quads ever pin.

i love and hate quads at the same time.. they are deceiving because its such a large muscle but there is so much room for error there as well...

Yep, I've messed up once or twice, when I first started injecting gear my left quad used to tense up involuntarily because I'm right handed and wasn't comfortable pinning my left side, I've gotten much better after all this time. Last week I hit a vein and fucking dripped blood all over my floor, cuz it just started leaking way to fast before I can grab my alcohol pad. I've hit nerves once or twice too and my leg would twitch so I'd have to pull it out and find a different spot...
 
All that being said, throughout all my pinning its only been a handful of times, overall my success rate with quads is pretty high.
