lol I remember my first steroid injection I waited 5 min before I injected cause I was actually a bit nervous which I didnt think I was gonna get. But when I did it I barely felt it lol. Made great gains on my first cycle. How was your experience with your first shot lol?

My first pin was simple. Just some test into the quad. Definitely nervous. Hell I still get nervous a few hundred pins in. But never anything too bad.

Pinned left delt...remember thinking that wasn't so bad. A day later, it became apparent I hit a vein and had nice bruise for about a week. After that first one, I never had an issue again.

why did people here do delts on first injection? xD I injected in the glute which is probably the best spot for a beginner haha

I actually looked forward to my first time, and it went without a hitch. I pushed about 1.5cc of test straight into my quad with a 1.5" pin and it was smooth sailing

I've had needles shoved in my body since I can remember courtesy Uncle Sam so doing one myself was too easy... after all in comparison to having radioactive materials injected in you for scans what could go wrong... definitely better than having to sign a waiver for a shot that said was known to cause birth defects... now that's some bullshit.

My first time sucked..lol I used to hate needles, but my very first injection let a knot the size of a golf ball because i didnt go deep enough, then it hurt to walk..lol thought it was infected..lmao

He left out the part that he was petrified of needles, pep talked himself for 2 hours, incorrectly stuck himself in his butt cheek and I had to take over and finish, not even knowing what I was doing lol...he may have shed a tear or two Lol.
