thanks brother! ive been using it now for about 1 year right after my workouts... it really does work... its not an expensive supplement either... a lot of these are very cheap and they do give a boost... the herbs at least... not so much the supplements... i tend to avoid those but there are some herbs i really like...

Hey Dylan, I watched this video when it came out. Next week I was online ordering Omega 3's and bought some pyruvate. Looking at my bottle of pyruvate, it says each tablet is 1 gram. I watched the video again and you suggest 30-50 grams a day. Based on those figures, I would have to take 30-50 of these things!?! Am I missing something or did I just buy a shitty pyruvate supplement? I am usually very good about doing the math dose x tablet / price, but I think I may have screwed this one up.

pyruvate is not cheap in terms of how much you need per day... 5 grams at the very minimum is what you want per day... the numbers i gave are the most optimal for fat loss but even at 5 grams per day you will see beneift
