SARMs for recovery and endurance ?

Hi,

I went thru all SARMs profiles in this website and I am still hesitating which one to use (first time).
Some background: I am 12% or so body fat mass. I train hard 6 days a week (lifting 3 times a week 3 hours each and cardio 3 times a week 1.5-2 hours each).
I like endurance in general. I used to train 3 days a week 1 year ago but for much longer 50% cardio 50% lifting. I was < 10% fat. But I stopped once I put on more strength training and gained more muscle so my cardio endurance was impacted (I ended up separating lifting and cardio days). My cardio endurance is still lower than previous year + I feel I do not recover well after cardio (I sweat super crazy during cardio). I am also stuck at 12% fat even when I cut but easily loose muscle mass. I only use pre and post workouts + the usual supplements like fish oil and such. Sometimes I use Albuterol considering I have Asthma.

My goals in order of importance: first recovery, then endurance, then fat loss then maintain muscle strength. Preferably with no need for PCT and only one SARMs at a time :)
I feel MK2866 or GW are best for above goals.
Any advice ?

I also agree with Dylan, that your best option is to go with MK-2866 and GW. That will be a great combo for what you are looking for

I know you are trying to simplify things, but That stack could easily be enhanced further by adding SR9009 to it which will really improve endurance and fat loss further.

1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 SR-9009 30mg per day (5mg dosed 6 times every 2-3 hours)

Dylan and Rick pretty much nailed it. GW for endurance and MK for recovery......add more if you wish. This basic stack will help you with your goal of cutting while maintaining muscle mass.

Just three more questions please:
- How long should I run that ? 12 weeks from what I read, but not sure.
- Also, once I stop taking them, will I experience a slow or quick drop in performance ?
- Is the mini PCT for MK2866 or the D aspartic acid ?

brother, its laid out top to bottom for you... the numbers are the weeks... what do you mean the mini pct? it says mini pct and lists everything right underneath? i cant lay it out any easier for you... please check it again...

You always want to run 12 weeks, which is the way we laid it out for you. Obviously your endurance and gym performance won't be exactly the same when you come off, but gains made are very keep able, and generally speaking your performance as well as endurance will be much better after the cycle than before you started.

D aspartic acid is ran the last weeks of the cycle, the mini pct is the Clomid and GW portion

Just follow this layout man. D aspartic acid is something you take before you start your pct. then PCT will start right after with clomid and GW.

You always want to run 12 weeks, which is the way we laid it out for you. Obviously your endurance and gym performance won't be exactly the same when you come off, but gains made are very keep able, and generally speaking your performance as well as endurance will be much better after the cycle than before you started.

Yup. I would add SR9009 as well. Killer endurance cycle right there.
