I'm currently undecided if I should do the sarmsx super stack or a test sustanon and tren cycle instead. What do you guys think and what protocol you would recommend

well bro, its quite difficult to make a recommendation when i know nothing about you... cycle history? goals? stats? you cant ask questions like this with such little information and expect any sort of an answer... age/height/weight/body fat?
 
Never done anything.im 26 5 '10 220 20% bf.
Goal is to recomp lose bf gain or maintain muscle.what about a cycle with sarms and test ?

absolutely not... bro your body fat is way too high... you cant use steroids at 20% body fat... not even close... you need to be more in the 12-13 range... definitely just go with the sarms super stack... you can get everything at www.sarmsx.com

that's the best move for sure... your goal needs to be to get to the 12-13% range... that will be most ideal for you... you can definitely get there... keep us updated on your results...
 
Do you recommend being at a calorie deficit,surplus or maintenance on a cycle like this to lose bf and recomp?


250 deficit to start but im not sure why your recomping with such a bad bf%... you need to be cutting down right now... i would really go into a 500 calorie deficit... you have no business recomping right now...
 
I agree with Dylan on this.......run a SARMs cycle first. Make sure your diet and training (along with rest time) are pinned down to make the most of it. If you dont get results on your first SARM cycle then you wouldnt have fared much better with AAS.

In the future, if you do consider AAS, NEVER run tren for your first cycle!!!!!

As for your calorie question, you may have to do some experimenting as all of us are different. In my last "mini-cut" I ran a slight deficit and lost several lbs of fat along with gaining a little muscle (confirmed by DEXA). Personally, I would run a deficit at 20% BF, track macros religiously, and then adjust as needed. Lets say you lose a bunch of fat and keep your lean mass the same, you will still look much more muscular even if you didnt gain muscle. That being said, I expect this SARMs stack will give you both fat loss and muscle gain.

Focus on getting BF down (dont worry, you will look more muscular even if you dont gain muscle) and then try to add muscle when you have dropped a bit of BF. The SARMS will help maintain muscle mass and hopefully help build it at some point in the cycle.

Thanks yea ill try the sarms cycle first and see where I'm at after that.I been at a deficit of 500 calories for the past 3 months and lost 30 pounds so it's been working I'll just continue that.ive been at approximately 40/40/20 macros do you think it's a good idea to continue that while on sarms to cut or adjust it?

no i would adjust it... i would go more 55/30/15
