Wanted your advice!
First of all, English is not my first language, so sorry about it. I’m a 35 years old male, 5.7ft 200lbs, and 18% body fat. I have been training for 13years naturally. And keep clean diet for my whole life. After 13 years of weight training my joints are getting weak, especially my lower back, it becomes very easy to get injured. I was very interested on HGH, but after I saw all your videos on YouTube. I think maybe sarm is good enough for my situation.
My goals are very simple. First, stronger my joints and muscle tendons. Second, get some lean gains. Please let me know what should I take and doses for my first sarm cycle? What should I take on PCT? Thank you!
