First some background info. I'm 6' 170 lbs. I'm a hard gainer because I spend so much time wrestling, boxing and doing jiu jitsu. I have great cardio and low body fat. I would like to put on appx. 15 to 20 lbs in the next year. I was planning on doing a 12 week cycle of lgd and ost. I will follow with 4 weeks of nov and clomid because I have both then 4 more weeks off then repeat a second time. After 2 of these cycles I plan on running Rad 140 for 12-16 weeks. I also plan on running mk 677 the entire time. I know my diet has to be on point but is this a realistic plan? Thanks for any help.

Your diet is going to dictate everything, and you say you are a hard gainer which makes me wonder what your actual diet plan is. Please let us know that along with your age.

For your goals I can help you set up a great stack, but tell us a little about your diet first and what you propose to do. For the gains you are looking for I would put the RAD in there with the LGD and ostarine myself and stack the, with the MK-677. For size those are going to be the best

I'm 18. I eat a lot of steak and chicken along with brown rice. I also eat a lot of peanut butter. I drink a high calorie shake that I got off of muscle talk uk forum. I try to also eat as much oatmeal as I can. I would guess I'm consuming a minimum 3,500 calories a day. I just burn so much training and practicing. Thanks

Perhaps you are a hard gainer because you are only guessing on your intake???? In fact it seems likely. You cant make adjustments unless you know where you are so thats where you start.

At 18 you are a little young to be headed down the route of anything hormonal yet in my opinion, even sarms.

I would put your emphasis on your diet and some good training. With those things in check you should grow plenty at your age.

Your diet sounds like it needs, work too. Lose the mass gainers and start eating more whole food. Check out my diet and nutrition sticky thread to help you get on the right track

i love the fact that you are so motivated and have a good grasp on things, i really do and i think its even better that your here asking questions but i cant personally recommend you run anything at 18 years old... its just too young bro... your making a mistake... i cannot ethically do that... i know its not what you want to hear but its what you need to hear... your going to ruin yourself later on by doing this now and its not worth it... just wait a few years and then you can start with sarms... that wont be a problem but right now, you need to stick with hard work as you are, getting your diet better dialed in because right now its definitely not... perhaps you should post your diet so we can help you fix it to accommodate your goals... trust me, just because you do that amount of output with training, you can still gain... i guarantee you are not having near the amount of output i do... i have always been able to gain as have ALL my fighters and athletes but its HOW you manipulate it and accommodating your age as well... you just need better guidance on this, which is why we are here...
