Hey guys. So i am 26 and about 5'11,210 lbs don't know my body fat% I compete in bodybuilding, classic physique, people obviously use in the sport. I feel like I'm washed out with my class. People to big. I have been running test for about two months. At 350 a week. I have been working out for years and only competing for one year. . Don't know much about running anything else, I have been asked if I wanted to. What do you guys think .

I think that at your age you're old enough to view life realistically, research proper aas usage and know more in general about running gear and compounds to achieve goals. At your height and weight, perhaps physique is better suited to your being competitive. I can't really say because shows depending on where you are can be loaded with physique competitors unwilling to invest the time to become bodybuilders.
You seem to be asking how to get big quick to be competitive as a body builder imo and sadly it just doesn't happen like that. Quality muscle, balance and size take years... lots of them. At 26 you have the time to get bigger... you just gotta ask yourself if you wanna be a bodybuilder, of an athletic dude with abs in beach shorts with an ego the size of Godzilla. Yes, I'm a tad bit biased.

Well to be honest we really need an idea of where your bodyfat is. Being 210 at your height doesmt tell a lot. You could be low bodyfat and jacked as hell or higher bodyfat with a ways to go.

At 210 at 5'11" competing I doubt your bf% is that high. I'm thinking you might be a bit on the slimmer side. Picture perhaps?

A pic will defnitely help. I know competitors that go up 50 lbs in the offseason so being a competitor doesn't mean a lot with knowing full stats

I don't know how to post a pic on my phone on this. So I'll try and get my BF taken and get back to you guys . If I had to guess. I'm 11 weeks out from a show and I think I'm sitting at 12-13 % I am leaner then I was last show at this point , and I was 9% I think for my last show
