I’ve found that smoking a little before bed helps kill pain from training and lets me sleep deeper. It also helps me eat more when my appetite's off during hard cycles.

Don't train to the point of actual pain. Ditto doing PEDs to the point of being 'hard'. Arguably neither make sense and using more drugs to cope isn't good (see Kratom and Nubain by way of example).

I HAVE bitched a little about an aching hip after legs.

And both the two athletes LOVE using weed. Their still doing podcasts with them enjoying a joint and it's nowt to do with pain or sleep lol

I’ve been using weed mainly to help with sleep and appetite after heavy training, and it’s been way more helpful than I expected. For anyone looking to chill or manage pain better, I found some solid gear on https://www.smokeday.com — good variety of stuff that doesn’t cost a ton and ships quick. Makes the whole wind-down at night way smoother for me.
