Thanks man, yes I am although my girlfriend hasn't exactly come through on prepping for me :/ so I'm doing exactly what I said I was before. Not 5k cals as I planned. I have grown though and not put on any extra padding so that's good. Today I may not have eaten a surplus because I was in appointments all day though.

I'll probably be that way also... I'm considering 150 /week on my first run but I'm not ready yet. I might buy a couple vials and stare at them for a while until I'm ready. Kinda like a alcoholic in recovery... Lol
