You guys ever notice how all of the sudden everyone under 30 has a problem with their dicks? They either cant get it up, cant keep it up, have no libido, etc. It is ridiculous. I know when I was in my late teens and 20's I had boners all the time. All I could think about was banging girls.

The point of this post is to get guys to focus more on their health and less on drugs/PEDs/hormones when dealing with these issues.

Too many people want to just go to the doctor and get some Viagra. The doctors will hand it out like candy too. The truth is that there could be underlying health issues. Pay attention to your overall health. Exercise, eat right, sleep better, quit smoking and drinking. Don't just go to the doctor and ask for a drug.

PDE5 Inhibitors work by increasing blood flow. That is why Viagra/Cialis/Levitra work. They don't fix any actual medical condition. The issue (erection probems) is too often due to poor heart health or circulation problems. Guys, people die from this shit. Heart disease is the number one killer of men in North America.

Same with hormones. Just because your libido has been weak doesn't mean you need TRT. Libido is extremely complex and is effected by many things. Sure, hormones play a major part but don't jump to conclusions.

Blood work is very helpful when dealing with these issues.

Remember that your health is all you have guys. Make sure you take it seriously so you are there for your families and can live a long healthy life.

Im 45yrs old and I so fucken horny all the time it drives me crazy... thank god my GF loves to fuck like a bunny ....but you are right about under lying problem that are more then not missed or over looked...

Solid post man, I will say that things arent nearly the same as they were before i started touching anything. Going through a full pct after each cycle of course helps recovery but only so much until you will need trt. I certainly feel those years arent far from me unfortunately. Good advice for younger guys looking into PED's

Well said....Body maintenance is far too over looked.

Unfortunately this is going to fall on deaf ears....these kids today can't even make enough effort to stop texting @ while sitting on equipment, they're not going to focus on overall health.

If you're under 50, not 30 and you are having "dick problems" you should seriously consider finding a new sex partner. I don't want to be too specific, but let me put it this way...
Lentil soup with bacon is great, but having that everyday will eventually make you sick. Viagra might numb your senses and give you and extra punch, but ultimately you will still be drinking the same lentil soup and get sick regardless. This is a gross generalization I am making on purpose. My point is don't take Viagra or Cialis unless you have been properly diagnosed with ED by a specialist, not just a GP

Unfortunately I agree with you. It just baffles me the amount of young guys with ED problems.

Probably just more diagnosed. Back then they just simply didn't go to doctor and remained without sex
