I love when you go to Lowe's and inquire about getting a kitchen faucet installed because you cannot fit underneath the space provided and they wanna charge you $200 to install a $200 faucet. Fuck that, they're wrapping up the last few houses in my community so I drove to talk to some of the guys working. Getting a wall repainted and the faucet installed for $160. New ceiling fans put up for $100 as well. Gonna re-do my theater as well with sliding wood and iron doors for a different look and install a few R-115SW subwoofers by Klipsch beneath the risers so explosions and gunfire can be felt in your feet. Today is a good fucking day people.

Lowes sucks for that because, at least around here, they have subcontractors install, who get paid, but then Lowes charges you a chunk for themselves for the install as well. Sounds like you went the right route.

Sounding like the in-laws bro... just joking. I just build up for things I enjoy bro, the doors and the speakers were the only things I splurged on and I negotiated a deal on the doors. Nodody was gonna buy them IMO, they were sitting there for 6 months collecting dust. They had too limited of a use so I made an offer at cost plus 5%. Win/win for all involved.
