Should I throw this away

ive never once, in all these years, had one single issue using an 18 to draw and ive used robo several times as well. .not one single incident and thats all ive ever used to draw

Iv had this happen to me a few times switch to a smaller needle and juts check it real good before injecting to make sure none of that rubber from the seal went in.
