So, I'm aware that recomp is in reference to building muscle and dropping fat at the same time. This appeals to me greatly. Here are my known stats at the time, I see a doctor on Thursday for nonsense so ill get my BF% then. Unless somebody can help me with a home method?

Total Weight: 154lb
Overall, I'm pretty skinny everywhere. My stomach since the beginning of time itself has never been lean. Even a few years back when I was in noticeably better shape, my stomach fat was covering abs, so I was still doing something wrong even then. It really seems to be the only place I store it..this could be everyone but I just don't have any fat anywhere else.
My diet is in shambles. It was alright in January, but degraded so much in Feb, I'm finding all of my food so unappealing now. I need to cook better, and make more appetizing meal preps. Iv'e been eating WAY too much red meat too...It gets 50% off at my local target routinely, and its just so easy and fast, Iv'e been eating red meat maybe 2-4 times a week, and I gotta cut that out now.
So, I Read Rick's diet post on the stickeys, but want to know what I need to change about a recomp diet. I'm not sure where to go next in this post, but ill be here. Appreciate it guys. Also does the amount of calories for putting on muscle/weight change depending on how intense the workouts are?
