Any critiques of this stack?
I know it's case by case but generally what kind of gains could I expect from this?
Weeks 1-12:
Lgd 40 - 10 mg
S4 - 40 mg
Ostarine - 25 mg
Weeks 13-16:
Torem - 120/90/60/30 mg (just to be safe and I have the money so why not)
HCGenerate - 5 caps
DAA - 3 g
Training Background:
Age - 31
Height - 6'0"
Weight - 230 lbs
Body-Fat - 18 % ish
10 years of training experience, primarily powerlifting but started off bodybuilding
1 ostarine/lgd stack under my belt
Best lifts:
Squat - 465
Bench - 365
Deadlift - 545
Calories on cycle - 3400 cals, 200 g protein
Training on cycle - 6 days on/ 1 day off
upper/lower rotation 6 days per week (3 days upper and lower)
Will be logging results.
